Payment Methods
Currently we accept Bank Direct Deposits, Money Order. Currently we do not have a secure online payment method for credit cards, however if you would like to pay by this method please telephone and we can take your order and card details directly over the phone. Returns & Exchanges If you are unhappy with your purchase, garment can be exchanged for another item or a credit note can be issued. Return postage is at the customers' expense. We do not refund unless the item is not as ordered or is faulty, and postage will be refunded in this case. Please note, the condition of the garment will be inspected before being despatched. To return or exchange an item(s), please include the packing slip that you received in the parcel with your purchase, and indicate the reason for the return. The original payment method, cheque/money order/credit card details (Australia Only) will be used to issue a refund if required. For international sales, refunds will only be made by Credit Card. Goods must be returned by us within 3 weeks of order date. For an exchange or refund the garments must: * Be unworn and/or unwashed * Have the original swing tag attached * Our original packing slip must be enclosed in the return parcel as proof of purchase.
